Conditions.
COMUS SINGLE DOMAIN
LICENCE.
A single domain licence is granted for a single domain only, the price will be $295 or $396 with 4x$99 payments. There will be a per domain transfer fee to change
the licence key under the following
conditions. 1) if you want to move the domain to another server. 2) if you want to transfer the licence key to another owner. 3) if you want to change the IP address for the licence key. 4) if you want to move the key to a new domain. Pricing of the transfer fee may change in future, and will be at the rate specified on the main sales page at http://comusthumbs.com, it is currently US$45.00, the transfer conditions and fees for single domains are different to the transfer conditions for domains under a server licence. Single domain licences and Add On Single licences, can reside on any server, regardless of what domains they might be attached to. Moving the key to a new domain. There will be a transfer fee if you change the key to a new domain. If you change the key to a new domain, your old domain key will be invalidated, and the key will revert to a 2% licence. We have the ability to remotely deactivate a key. Payment plan.
We will issue you with a temporary key, that will last for the term of the payment plan, when the plan period is complete a new (full) key will be issued. If you default on your payment plan then the licence will be revoked and the key will revert to the skim version. We make no guarantees that our script will be able
to handle unlimited traffic on your server, there will be a point
at which the performance of your server can not handle the amount of work that you request of it. Optimal performance is dependent on a lot of factors beyond our control, in our tests on a fully functional server we have been able to maintain over 500,000 clicks per day on a Redhat 7.2 server using a Celeron 1.3ghz with 1gb of RAM. Your results will vary depending on equipment and the health of your set up. If a key is found to be invalid the scripts
protection may send 2%, 20% or even all of the clicks to our sites,
particularly in the case where the database fails, or where the user configures the script incorrectly. These are events that are beyond our control, we have however placed many checks into the script to try to alert and cover you in these events, incuding options to direct your traffic during failure, visual integrity alerts, and auto database repairs, but when these fail, the script will send us traffic. In this event unless you are actually trading with us, this traffic is lost by you to us. ADD ON SINGLE DOMAIN. Owners of a single domain, and owners of a Server Licence will be eligible for the ADD ON Domain discount. If a key is found to be invalid the
scripts protection may send 2%, 20% or even all of the clicks to our sites,
particularly in the case where the database fails, or where the user configures the script incorrectly. These are events that are beyond our control, we have however placed many checks into the script to try to alert and cover you in these events, incuding options to direct your traffic during failure, visual integrity alerts, and auto database repairs, but when these fail, the script will send us traffic. In this event unless you are actually trading with us, this traffic is lost by you to us. We reserve the right to change the pricing
of this offering, without notice.
SERVER LICENCES. A server licence will be for a single IP address only, unless extra IP addresses are ordered (see below). You can have unlimited domains on your server on one licence, but they must be on a single IP address. There will be a server Licence key transfer
fee of $95 under the following conditions.
1) You want to move the Server Licence and all domains to a new server. There will be a server Licence key transfer fee of $195 under the following conditions. 1) If you want a new IP address issued for your key. 2) For each additional IP address that you wish to include with your key. 3) If you want to move a single domain to another server, and the new server is not covered by a server licence. 4) If you want to transfer a single domain to another user. IE: you are selling a single domain. Server Licences can not be transferred to others,
as the unlimited domains per server version but the
domains under the licence can be transferred under the conditions outlined here.
If you wish to dispose of your Server Licence, transfer it
to another person, or resell it, you can convert your server licence into a 3 licence package.
The domains will then be transferable as 3 single domains.
Server Licences were not created so that you
can give away or sell domains under a virtual hosting plan. If you try
to do this without an agreement with us, we will invalidate your licence and all the licences you have issued, upon which the scripts will deactivate into their 20% skimming demo state. Server Licences are not created so that you can compete with us and undercut us in the market. Each domain under these packages will be considered equivalent to Single Domain Licences. These domains will be transferable, and able to run under any server and any IP. All Comus sites will ship with optional starter galleries, which will ease your job in testing the script. COMUS FREE VERSION. A properly keyed site will shave 4% of the clicked traffic to our sites. The skimmer tries to skim unique traffic, and will filter out traffic which is of a poor quality, for example if we identify a hitbot, a click flooder or a single individual who clicks repeatedly we will try to ignore this traffic. Our skimmer will try to identify the type of click and will try to direct it to the best fit site. These sites may be of an adult nature, and they may go to sites of which we have no control over. Although we try to make the best use of the traffic in a way that is advantageous to both you and us, the traffic wont always land on the best site. If a key is found to be invalid the scripts protection may send 20% or even all of the clicks to our sites, particularly in the case where the database fails, or where the user configures the script incorrectly. These are events that are beyond our control, we have however placed many checks into the script to try to alert and cover you in these events, incuding options to direct your traffic during failure, visual integrity alerts, and auto database repairs, but when these fail, the script will send us traffic. In this event unless you are actually trading with us, this traffic is lost by you to us. We reserve the right to submit galleries to these sites, and to have our certified partners submit galleries to these sites in future. You may remove these galleries at your own discretion. All Free sites must include our 'more comus sites' links on their pages, fully licenced sites will have the option to remove this notice by using the code on the pages {{hiddenupdate}}. Comus FREE sites may be limited to a maximum of 3 pages, this limit can be lifted by upgrading to a full version. ALL COMUS PRODUCTS. We reserve the right to place system alerts and advertise on the inside of the adminstration section of all comus sites, fully licenced sites will be required to display these alerts. We reserve the right to advertise on the webmaster pages of all comus free version sites, fully licenced sites have the option to remove this advertising. We may place a banner section on the top and bottom of pages made in the free version sites, which may include gallery links. All Comus sites will ship with optional starter galleries, which will ease your job in testing the script. Comus staff reserve the right to access any Comus site with or without owner consent for administration and maintenance purposes. We may collect stats from all Comus sites for display on our Comus toplists at http://xxxonfire.com/comussites.html Any Comus user may request to be removed from this list. We will collect and display the productivity and traffic levels of your sites, as well as links to your site and list all sites by popularity. We hope this will help to promote your site, but we will not be obliged to display your site here, and we will remove any site at our discretion. Sites who do not have any traffic information will not be included on this list. We make no representations about performance as these will invariably depend upon a lot of things beyond our control. We will not offer any support to sites who promote beastiality or who promote explicit content of minors or who promote illegal materials and activities as determined by Commonwealth, European and US law. We will not be obliged to offer support to any Comus customers either free version of full version if they violate any of our conditions. We offer 100% unconditional money back guarantee on our scripts for up to 60 days. In the case that we refund the script, your licence will be invalidated, and the key will revert to a 2% demo key. INSTALLATION. It will up to your systems adminstration to see that the server meets minimum requirements. Minimum requirements will not be our responsibility. We will work with your systems administrator to see that he knows what the requirements are, and we will continue to test the server and report with your administrator until the script is functional. Once we have configured and tested the script to verify that it is .. 1. Installed and accessable from the internet. 2. Creating thumbnails to the best of the systems ability. 3. Storing gallery and URL information in the database. 4. Building pages. 5. Tracking clicks and hits. 6. Capable of being upgraded in future as best the system allows. 7. Passwords are set and the system is secure. 8. The system is trade script ready. We will consider that the installation is complete, we will send you login password information. From here it will be up to you to integrate your template and layout design with Comus. It will be up to you to configure your trade script to work with the browser. IE: To set up toplists and to get the trade script to track incoming and clicks. Trade scripts are a unique product from Comus, and we do not have the expertise to be familiar with all of them. COMPLETE SITE SET UP (TUNE

We will install as per the installation above and in addition the following. We will configure up to 3 pages, including a main page and 2 archive pages. You must provide the HTML document, and artwork for your layout and we will take that information and configure it to work with the script. Extra and Custom options can be ordered under the schedule on this page (link to custom comus pricing) http://teamcomus.com/custom.htm Additional pages can be ordered and configured at $50 per page, but you should be able to take our work and duplicate it yourself if you want to do multiple pages. Complete setup does not include the importing
and thumbnailing of galleries and conversion of sponsor codes beyond
those which are already in our hosted database. This is something that you must do. Support will be standard and does not include personal one on one training and coaching, which if required will require a separate negotiation. SUPPORT. 24 hour support will be via our web forum which is currently manned by 2 people, one in Australia and one in the Netherlands. Sometimes we may take several hours to respond. We will make our best efforts to give correct information, but we cant know everything, we reserve the right to be completely wrong, and to occasionally give the wrong answer. He is the only programmer and the more you distract him, the less your script will be upgraded and advanced with new features. TRAINING AND ONE ON ONE SUPPORT. The author, Sixzeros can be personally hired for $200 + $100 per hour to work on anything you like, so your first hour will be US$300, he is not available for any projects that require more than 3 hours per day. We have staff who can be hired for $150+$50 per hour/or page, to work on site installs and setups.
